Staff and Facilities
Alma Lorena Pittman (Miss Lorena, as the children call her) is the founder and principal care provider. She is bilingual, speaking both English and her native tongue, Spanish. She has volunteer experience at Wishard Hospital, the Family Advocacy Center, and The Mexican Consulate in Indianapolis. Her areas of expertise include Translation and Child Advocacy. She is a graduate of Zarvos Coaching Level 1, Level 2, VIA, and Mastery leadership training programs.
She holds the Child Development Associate credential (CDA), and is a proud mother of three.
Ragaa Mileka is an assistant. She has experience with toddlers and pre-schoolers at Trinity Wesleyan Church. She is bilingual, speaking both English and her native tongue, Arabic.
Andrea Pittman (Lorena’s daughter) is an assistant. She is bilingual, natively speaking both English and Spanish. She has volunteer experience at Best Buddies, helping special needs children. She will attend Indiana University to study Dentistry. She is a graduate of Zarvos Coaching Level 1, Level 2, and is currently enrolled in VIA.
Comfortable, Safe, Professional Environment
We are licensed by the State of Indiana, and operate in a quiet, safe, suburban home-style environment in the Woodland Springs neighborhood of Carmel Indiana. Our location is north of 106th street, just East of Keystone. The facility allows both indoor and outdoor play and learning year round.
